Hosted the Marriott hotel in Plano, TX, this Roundtable offers pastoral couples a refreshing blend of learning, connection, and collaboration.
Participants engage in the Ex-Officio process, share ideas, hear from peers, and explore practical solutions for their ministries in a safe and transparent environment.
This gathering is known for its depth of relationship, mutual encouragement, and the kind of insight that comes from hearing directly from fellow senior pastors and their wives. Couples leave renewed, connected, and equipped for the season ahead.
Ex-Officio Process
The Ex-Officio process invites each participant to present a real-life challenge for discussion to their roundtable of 10–12 trusted peers. This approach offers fresh perspectives and innovative solutions, equipping participants with greater clarity and confidence and providing 3–5 actionable takeaways they can put into practice immediately to strengthen their leadership and church.
What to Expect
The roundtable will kick off with an engaging social event at 7pm as you and your spouse network with TFAC teams from churches across different regions.
Opening sessions kickoff at 9am. Teams will then break out into roundtables of 10–12, where conversations will be focused & facilitated by a trained TFAC team member.
