Strategic Planning is a day-and-a-half guided process designed to assist teams in identifying the unique calling and mission they play in the Kingdom. This process recognizes that without specific objectives, key metrics, and activities we often drift and fail to accomplish our goals.
Our approach is straightforward and is meant to be an iterative process (ideally year over year the plan builds on itself). The end result would be that your church will have 3-5 actionable objectives that move you in the direction that you have agreed upon. The journey to getting to these objectives will be fun. We will define our non-negotiables, determine our 5-year goals, build a key metrics dashboard, and do an assessment of where we currently are to establish a good baseline for building into the future.
